Adrienne E. Tiritilli is the Vice President, Trade Show for the International Housewares Association (IHA). She has more than 20 years’ experience in the convention and trade show/hospitality industry, and is familiar with the Show as she comes to IHA from the McCormick Place Convention Center, where she served as assistant general manager, sales and events, and in other sales and marketing positions since 2006. Before joining McCormick Place, Tiritilli worked in national sales positions at the Fairmont Chicago Hotel and Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers.

Chad Moutray is chief economist for the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), where he serves as the NAM’s economic forecaster and spokesperson on economic issues. He frequently comments on current economic conditions for manufacturers through professional presentations and media interviews. He has appeared on Bloomberg, CNBC, C-SPAN, Fox Business and Fox News, among other news outlets.
Prior to joining the NAM, Mr. Moutray was the chief economist and director of economic research for the Office of Advocacy at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) from 2002 to 2010. He was also dean of the School of Business Administration at Robert Morris College in Chicago, Ill. (now Robert Morris University of Illinois). Mr. Moutray is a former board member of the National Association for Business Economics (NABE). He is also the former president and chairman of the National Economists Club, the local NABE chapter for Washington, D.C. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from Eastern Illinois University. He is a Certified Business Economist™, where he was part of the initial graduating class in 2015.

Chief Master Sergeant (Ret.) Vásquez joined the Air Force in 1972 and spent 24 years playing with the United States Air Force bands throughout the world. He also served as Commandant of the Noncommissioned Officer Academy at March Air Force Base, California, Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commander of the 92nd Airlift Wing at Fairchild AFB, Washington, Deputy Director of the Family Support Center and Superintendent for the 86th Mission Support Group at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. As part of the band, Vásquez had the honor and opportunity to play for every president from Nixon to Clinton.
He is currently a Course Director at the United States Air Force Academy’s Center for Character Development, as well as an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He is also an accomplished author, musician, speaker, life coach, and mentor.
